The pool/whirlpool facility is for the exclusive use by residents of Overlook Lakes condominiums, Overlook Lakes rental units and their respective guests. Entry into the pool area requires use of an entry “FOB”. A maximum of two (2) entry “FOBs” are issued to each unit and allows a resident to have one (1) guest for each “FOB”. This means that a total of four (4) persons per unit may use the pool at any one time, including the persons living in the respective unit (rental unit or condominium unit). More than the four (4) person limit will require a special pass issued through the office, for use of the pool and/or whirlpool, and must be returned at the end of the day designated for use. All guests must be accompanied by a resident host. Non-resident owners are only allowed to use these facilities if they are a guest of a resident as described above.
