
Overlook Lakes Condominiums are located in Greendale, Wisconsin one of only three “Greenbelt Communities” in the United States built by the Franklin Roosevelt Administration in 1936.
Just two miles west of Historic Downtown Greendale, Overlook Lakes Condominiums are situated in an oak opening, flanked by a crystal clear quarry lake to the south and the Root River to the north. County parks, parkways, and trails are within walking distance of the property.
Overlooks Lakes Condominium Association (OLCA) are the owners of Overlook Lakes Condominiums. OLCA consists of 28 buildings and 184 condominium units. In addition OLCA shares the common outdoor pool and building with Overlook Lakes Apartments. The pool is open during the summer months. On-site OLCA management is located in the common building at 8601 Westlake Drive Greendale, WI 53129.

By-Laws
The OLCA by-laws are the rules and regulations the condo owners are governed by and are set up to protect the interest of the owners, and are a self-governing document for the association. They cover meetings, voting, proxies, budget, assessments, insurance coverage, and restrictions on the use of the units and the common areas.

Condominium Association Fees
As a new owner in the OLCA, you should be familiar with the required payment of a condominium association fee. This fee is required by all unit owners to pay for the shared expenses required to manage the OLCA as defined in the annual operating budget.
